Been reading up a bit, came across this interesting article in one of my recent reads.

Basically, it tells each individual to be self equipped to be happy with their own selves. Means that you don't need your partner , you dun need them to make you feel happy, you dun need them to make you feel good , or need them for the financial security. This way , you are self sufficient . 

And the only reason that you are with your partner is because you want to , and not because you need to. And isn't that a fablous thing? Might seem a bit crude and cruel , but its certainly sweet. 

You don;t need them , but you want to be with them . Even in your darkest hour , you don't need to rely on ur partner , but you want them to be there. 

But it all boils down to being able to make your own self happy! you need to be happy with yourself , you need to love your own lifestyle , your work , your finances. You need to be an individual. =) Just something to ponder about.
